Mike Rezac, owner of Rezac Construction, is an authority on green building in Nebraska. As chairman of the Nebraska Green Building Council, Rezac thoroughly understands green building standards and educates other builders about green building practices. In fact, Rezac Construction was one of three builders to construct the state's first certified green home over five years ago. Currently, Rezac Construction has partnered with the Nebraska Energy Office in hopes of designing and engineering a zero-energy efficient home—just another way that Rezac stays on the cutting-edge of the green building field.
